You will be the front line of market integrity — reviewing alerts, escalating concerns and helping shape the surveillance scenarios themselves.
What you’ll do

- Document findings, evidence chains and escalations
- Iterate on detection scenarios with Engineering and Compliance
- Liaise with regulators, member firms and external counsel as needed
- Contribute to the annual market-conduct risk assessment
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in trade surveillance, market integrity or front-office compliance
- Working knowledge of order-book mechanics and abusive patterns
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Comfort with SQL and BI tools
Nice to have
- Experience with NICE Actimize, Trillium, b-next or similar
- Background at an exchange, broker-dealer or trading firm
