About the role
You will design the paved paths — CI/CD, environments, secrets, deployments — that make doing the right thing the easy thing.
What you’ll do
- Own CI/CD pipelines, build infrastructure and deployment tooling
- Codify environments and infrastructure with Terraform and GitOps
- Implement segregation of duties, change-management and audit controls required by regulators
- Roll out internal developer tooling and self-service platforms
- Drive supply-chain security: SBOMs, signed builds, dependency hygiene
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of platform / DevOps engineering
- Deep Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS expertise
- Comfort designing for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls
- Strong scripting skills (Go or Python preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience operating in a financial-services regulated environment
- Built developer platforms (Backstage, internal portals)
