About the role
You will own the full People stack — hiring, performance, comp, engagement and culture — for a company that takes both performance and people seriously.
What you’ll do
- Own the people roadmap end-to-end
- Build hiring funnels, leveling and compensation frameworks
- Run performance, feedback and development cycles
- Partner with Legal on employment matters across jurisdictions
- Be a trusted operator for the executive team
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in People functions, including 4+ in leadership
- Experience scaling a team from ~30 to ~150 in a regulated industry
- Strong systems thinker; ships frameworks not theatre
- Calm, direct, low-ego
Nice to have
- Background in financial services, fintech or other regulated industry
- Experience supporting a US/EU/APAC distributed team
