About the role
You will lead the settlement and custody operations team and own the operational risk profile of the post-trade stack.
What you’ll do
- Lead and grow the settlement and custody operations team
- Define and continuously improve operating procedures and controls
- Own operational-risk metrics, KRIs and governance reporting
- Partner with Product and Engineering on tooling and automation
- Be the operational face of LaterVersion with members and custodians
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in post-trade, settlement, custody or clearing operations
- 3+ years of people leadership in a regulated environment
- Strong process design, risk and controls mindset
- Calm under pressure; clear written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Experience at a CSD, regulated exchange or qualified custodian
- Track record building operations functions from ~10 to ~30 people
