Product Manager, Markets

Define the trading product — order types, market structure, client experience — for institutional participants.

Miami / RemoteFull-timeMid–Senior

About the role

You will be the single point of accountability for LaterVersion's secondary-market product, from rulebook to UI to operational readiness.

What you’ll do

  • Own roadmap, KPIs and trade-offs for the markets product line
  • Translate regulatory and rulebook constraints into clear product specs
  • Run discovery with institutional traders, brokers and market makers
  • Coordinate launches across Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Sales
  • Define success metrics and run experiments where regulation allows

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of PM experience, ideally in capital markets, trading or fintech
  • Good grasp of market microstructure, order types and post-trade flows
  • Excellent written communication — your specs read like memos
  • Comfort with regulatory stakeholders and rulebook language

Nice to have

  • Background as a trader, broker or exchange operator
  • Experience launching a regulated product 0→1
