Regulatory Counsel

Advise the business on the rules that govern tokenized capital markets — and shape them where we can.

About the role

You will be embedded in the product and operations org, translating regulation into engineering decisions and engagement strategy with regulators.

What you’ll do

  • Advise Product and Engineering on rule-of-the-road questions across trading, custody and issuance
  • Lead engagement and submissions with primary regulators
  • Draft and maintain the venue rulebook, member agreements and disclosures
  • Coordinate cross-border legal questions with outside counsel
  • Train the team on emerging regulatory developments

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years post-qualification at a top-tier firm or regulated venue in-house
  • Securities, derivatives or banking regulatory background
  • Pragmatic; gives clear answers, owns the trade-offs
  • Strong drafting and stakeholder skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital-asset regulatory regimes
  • Prior in-house experience at an exchange, broker or asset manager
