About the role
You'll own the frontend for the institutional trading UI — order entry, depth, blotters, post-trade — with a strong eye for performance and detail.
What you’ll do
- Architect React/TypeScript components that handle high-frequency market-data updates without dropping frames
- Build resilient WebSocket layers and state management for real-time order book and execution flows
- Partner with Design and Product to ship clear, low-cognitive-load workflows
- Drive accessibility, internationalization and keyboard-first interactions
- Establish frontend performance budgets and observability
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of frontend engineering with React + TypeScript expertise
- Experience with real-time, data-dense interfaces (trading, monitoring, gaming or similar)
- Strong eye for UX detail and willingness to push back on poor specs
- Comfort with browser performance tooling and rendering internals
Nice to have
- Built or contributed to a trading or financial dashboard at scale
- Experience with WebGL/Canvas charting (TradingView, lightweight-charts, custom)
- Design-system authorship
