About the role
You will own design across the trading UI, issuer portal and internal tooling, partnering closely with Engineering and Product.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end design — research, prototypes, specs, polish
- Build and maintain the LaterVersion design system
- Reduce cognitive load in dense, real-time interfaces
- Run usability sessions with traders, ops and compliance users
- Partner with Brand on a unified visual language
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years designing complex, data-dense products
- Portfolio that demonstrates clarity under information density
- Strong systems thinker; opinionated typographic and interaction craft
- Fluency in Figma and modern frontend mental models
Nice to have
- Designed for trading, payments, infra or developer products
- Frontend code contributions (React, TypeScript)
