About the role
You will define the Solidity contracts that govern how regulated assets behave on-chain, in tight loop with Compliance, Legal and the Settlement team.
What you’ll do
- Author and audit Solidity contracts for issuance, registry, transfer agent and corporate-action lifecycle
- Design upgrade paths and emergency-pause mechanisms compatible with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate external audits and remediate findings
- Build robust deployment, simulation and fuzzing pipelines
- Mentor engineers across teams on safe on-chain patterns
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering, with 2+ years writing production Solidity
- Good understanding of EVM internals, gas, MEV and re-entrancy classes of bugs
- Experience working alongside auditors and shipping audited code
- Comfort with Foundry, Hardhat and modern testing tooling
- High bar for correctness — you would rather delay a release than ship an exploit
Nice to have
- Experience with permissioned-chain frameworks (Besu, Quorum, Hyperledger)
- Background in tokenized-securities standards (ERC-3643, ERC-1400)
- Public audit reports or research you've authored
