About the role
You will run end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product and operations — building durable funnels and an excellent candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering and adjacent functions
- Build and run sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers on JDs, scorecards and structured interviews
- Operate the ATS and report on funnel health weekly
- Improve candidate experience continuously
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of technical recruiting, ideally in-house
- Strong sourcing fundamentals and ATS hygiene
- Excellent written communication and candidate empathy
- Comfort hiring across multiple geographies
Nice to have
- Hired into a regulated financial-services or DLT environment
- Built or led an embedded recruiting model
