Site Reliability Engineer

Keep the trading and settlement infrastructure available, observable and recoverable — 24/7.

Miami / RemoteFull-timeMid–Senior

About the role

LaterVersion runs round-the-clock under regulatory uptime obligations. You will be a force-multiplier for the engineering org, raising the floor of reliability across services.

What you’ll do

  • Own SLOs, error budgets and incident response for core trading services
  • Design multi-region, multi-AZ topologies with deterministic failover
  • Build observability platforms — metrics, logs, traces, audit — that make root cause obvious
  • Lead game days, chaos exercises and disaster-recovery drills
  • Partner with Compliance on uptime, audit-trail and reporting obligations

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years operating Tier-1 production systems
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and a major cloud (AWS preferred)
  • Comfort writing services in Go or Python and reading Rust/Java
  • Calm, structured incident commander

Nice to have

  • On-call experience at an exchange, payments or custody business
  • Performance-engineering experience under regulatory latency requirements
