About the role
You will be the financial operator and steward — closing the books, running controls, owning planning and being the partner to the CEO on capital decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own monthly close, audit, controls and statutory reporting
- Build and run FP&A — model, plan and forecast across the business
- Manage treasury and banking relationships
- Partner with Compliance and Legal on regulatory capital and prudential matters
- Prepare board and investor materials
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in finance / accounting, with 3+ years as Controller or VP Finance
- Big-4 background or equivalent; CPA / ACA / CA preferred
- Strong systems and controls discipline; capable hands-on operator
- Experience in a regulated financial-services entity
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a regulated exchange, broker-dealer or custodian
- Built a finance function in a high-growth fintech
